He is 22 years old which could explain the fish selection since they are rather “cool” fish. His profile says he is from india, now correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it a thing to over stock tanks in india like it is in asia? I want to give op the benefit of doubt so I’m going to treat it as if this is true but for everyone else, op, can you give us a picture of this fish tank?

Troll. :iagree:
Just my .02 in case he is truly looking for real answers, no canister is going to be able to handle that bio load.
You need a sump at the very least. Probably a sump and a pool filter/fluidized bed. And a auto water change system or daily 50% wc would be helpful too. Also a 3' wide tank isnt going to work with the silver arrow. Let alone the others eventually.

I don't think op is serious because there is no way those fish are still alive in a 42 gallon. The ammonia from the Motoro's alone will wipe out the stock.

Agree. This is why i gave a simple sump answer.

Let’s not bring up jdm tanks unless we want a mod to have to intervene.

Well I'm not sure how everything is running but you have provided proof so vincentwugwg vincentwugwg will you give your input on what he should do?
I think you forgot a fish as I see a pleco in the back.

Proven wrong sorry.
So as I said above no canister filter will be good enough. You need a sump. And probably a fluidized filter of some sort. Again silvers get around 4' a 3' wide tank isnt enough imo. Probably a 3-4 time wekkly wc schedule too....call it every other day imo.
