Their care is pretty basic.
You can keep them on newsprint or butcher paper, or if you want something more naturalistic, coco fiber or bark chips will work. I don't know what types of wood shavings are available to you, but don't use pine or other conifers; they have oils that can cause respiratory irritation.
The snake will appreciate a hide. A hollow log, small box, flower pot, or even a piece of large-diameter pipe will work well.
What are temperatures in your home like? A heat source may not be necessary if your home is warm enough.
Mice, small rats, and chicks are good feeders. They will also eat lizards and small snakes. I know one fellow who fed his cal king goldfish; I'm not saying this is a good idea, just saying they aren't picky eaters.
*edit* Almost forgot- they are escape artists. Be sure your lid is secure! If you are keeping him in a glass tank, a screen lid with clamps is ideal.
