I only have one tiger oscar and she was picked from a tank full of others just on the personallity and color. I believe in picking fish that are attractive to me and dont really care what anyone else thinks. If you see a really pretty fish sometimes you just gotta buy it...no matter how crazy it sounds..


fish are a crazy addiction!!
 
go with whatever catches your eye and you cant look away from.

I have one of those, at first he had very light colored marking like a tiger, now he's all white except for an orange eye spot on the tail. He's real shy and tough to get pictures of but I'm starting to like him more. I just took this pic and it's the best one I've ever been able to get of him. it looks like he's getting some red on the lower half of his tail fin. I be interested in seeing a pic of yours.

i only keep rescues, im not picky as to looks. i take in the neglected, mistreated, ugly beat up HITH scarred bastards of the oscar world, so im not one to pick a color.
