I would go for either a lemon oscar, platinum, red not red tiger there are oes that are totally red there not dyed either or the wild varient

I like the wild, what us old-skoolers used to call "green oscars". Are there really that many A. crassipinnis in the hobby? How can you tell the difference between crassipinnis and wild strain A. ocellatus?

well everybody, thanks for your input. im between tiger and albino tiger. somebody please provide your arguments as to which one is cooler iyo

go with what they call a normal oscar around these parts has same body pattern as a tiger oscar but a cool white tiger stripe. along with alot better fin patterns. idk what mine is whats a good site to see the diff oscar species on i tried looking and i cant find one. lemme see which one my species is and hes by far the coolest oscar ive seen

I never cared for albino oscars and tigers seem pretty common but are great fish i would go with what i posted before because there much less common and have all the same attitude

I've got 4 different color variations plus a Tiger Veiltail. The one and only thing I *don't care for in some (not all) Albino Tigers or Albino/Lutino Reds is that gray cast they get all over their bodies. Some have it worse than others. Neither of my 2 'white' ones have it but I've seen a lot that do, it makes them look covered in dirt all the time.

I have had albino tigers, albino reds, reds, and tigers. I personally like the tiger, red tiger, or reds. I have also seen a lot of albinos with this problem.
