Hi,

are you sure of the ID of the Panaques ?

To me, and without doubting your sources, they look much more like "watermelon" Panaque L330...

I had during 6 years Xingu Panaques, they didn't look like these... particularly on the pattern...

this was my biggest 6 years old male, around 13'' and sort of "reddish" colour on the pectoral fins...

They look like 330 do they have spotted bellies?

They do not have spotted bellies. I have watermelon though and they are totally different pattern. The source is pretty reliable. Plus i haven't even had them for a day yet. Maybe when they settle in color will change.

That is a really nice fully spotted 330 mine are half spotted!
