How rare would you guys say this SH is where they are actually legal?

hey gr8 , they are fairly common in juvie sizes (although seasonal and for some reason certain years none come though at all at the moment many juvies are about ) , at anything over 12" is extreamly rare . the vast majority die due to unstable water conditions at 6" or below . under 6" they are as fussy about stable water as any tropheus or ray. 12" or over they become bullet proof .
