Found an old pic of my elongatus breeding pair in my Post from years ago here. Notice, how the smallest fish in the tank lets their fry swim freely in a tank with every predator you can imagine... thats how badass they can be

Bought a pair labeled as fasciatus. Put it in the big tank with my last elongatus ayatto, that i bred myself.

Although it may be tempting, I don’t think you should breed them yourself…. Let them take care of that activity, and avoid fish-human hybrids, which are almost always unattractive (Daryl Hannah aside), and may be ecologically disastrous. Just my opinion.
