is all you use to seal the tank Pond Shield ?? im looking to build a tank of this sort of size and was going to fibreglass the inside what is Pond Shield not sure we have it over hear in the UK???

yep, just using pond shield, I have used fiberglass matting in the corners for some added strength, I ordered it from USA and had it posted here. I had no problems with customs etc as product is non-toxic and for personal use, so it came straight to my door , one lot even went through a customs inspection and pasted no problems.
From what I have found fiberglass is not water proof in long term immersion and would need to be coated with a sealer , this is why I choose Pond Shield in lieu of fiberglassing and then coating the fiberglass with a fish safe sealer.
I have used more product than I thought I would, however I did put on a thicker coating.

They supply a thickness gauge it is about 1mm (Black Border Line), I ended up, with up to 3mm or more thickness. There application guide says a thickness of 10mils.

The majority of those fish reach 12" in length. Several of them could reach 24" or 36" in length.
