Point and Shoot Camera (non SLR) POTM Contest?

I would def. check out AP and for those of you who are nervous or dont want to post your P&S photos.... dont be!! Submit them in!! I have a crappy sony p and s that doesnt even want to zoom correctly anymore and I took a cool shot of my shell dweller in a shell on the "flower" or macro mode and submitted it and it was winning for quite a while on POTM.... it ultimatley lost 64 to 88. You would be suprised what you can do with a point and shoot and a good eye =] It just takes some practice and a lot of photo taking before you get the right shot.

I have had great luck with the macro and 800 ISO still - even better luck with using the fast shutter - I forget what it's called, but it takes photos one after another while holding the snap.
I sift through the 40 pics that look similar and I grab the sharpest ones.

I even got in my tank with my camera (waterproof) and got some unique in tank shots :D
