There has been a way to cheat in all the pokemon games. I used to use the 99 cheat in Pokemon Red. Where you have to surf up and down until you find missingno.

ahh... The good ole days. I remember that, except I was like 8... and my big bro who was like 11 or 12 did the cheat for me and I was like "wtf?" <of course I didn't know how to swear, and I thought stupid and idiot were swear words
