Don't you guys have laws against not discriminating people by not serving them in restaurants? This would certainly violate them..

The restaurant actually has the right to refuse service.

I definitely would not want to eat at that establishment with the employees feeling the way they do, by refusing service they got off easy; tainted food sounds even more awful
