I am breeding fresh water goast shrimp in 2 of my tanks. I originaly purchased 12 of them only to help keep the tanks cleaner, but after a few weeks both tanks had several tiny shrimp in them. Every few weeks I catch a bunch of them and addthem to 1 of my JD tanks for JD food. I wouldn't mind having some other type of shrimp sometime in the future.

Ghost Shrimp here. They seem to try and hide from my Mollys/Swordtails/CoryCats.... I know I have close to 20, but they are very good at hiding.

I have Ghost Shrimp in my 46g Community tank as cleanup crew and just bought some CRS to start breeding. The CRS are sharing a 6g planted with 6 male Endlers, from what I can tell at least one of the CRS is berried so if I don't get their tanl setup soon the Endlers are going to have a nice diet change!

I keep ghost shrimp in my 40B and 20L as the clean up crew. I feed Hikari Micropellets and frozen cyclops to both tanks and the shrimp get whatever the fish don't eat. I overfeed slightly, moreso in the 40B as I have newly caught wild fish who are still learning about feeding in captivity. If it matters, the 40B is kept at about 68* and the 20L at about 76*. I've found purchasing larger shrimp has the best success (longevity wise) , and the smaller ones don't do as well. But if the smaller ones make it past the first couple weeks, they are good to do. I acclimate them the same as fish.

I have two large bamboo shrimp and two little cherry.
I buy 50 ghost shrimp every two weeks and spread them over my three tanks.
They usually don't last past two molts for some reason. Pretty sure the larger ones and my little blue crays eat most of them.

I have cherry red, amano, bamboo and blue pearl. Feed them sprilinia waffers and Sera shrimp food
