Imagine people hundreds of years in the future uncovering that thread, and having to explain what in the world people were talking about.
Cool. Just a thought, but maybe consider taking the doors off and enclosing it with a facade that can be easily removed and paint it the same color as the walls so it looks like an in wall built in. That'd look really nice.

Sorry for the delay, been sick for the past few days. Waiting for the wood to water log, look at those tannins baby!!! Lighting is temporary until I decide what I’m doing as far as plants go. Thinking of doing some floating plants, and some lower light plants atm. Any suggestions on cheap lights are welcome!
Finally got around to scaping the tank, what do you guys think? Got lots of caves in those rocks. Hoping that my senegalus will arrive this week! Also still need to get a proper light, probably just ganna use a 4’ T5 fixture.

What are all of your opinions on floating plants? Was thinking of maybe adding some amazon frogbit once new light is added. Thoughts?
I had some dwarf water lettuce before, they are really hardy plant.
