Poly I.D.

Can anyone help me with the i.d. of this Poly? I was told it's an Ansorgii (Guinea) Polypterus. I tried looking it up but i cant really find any pictures and all i see is that it's extremly rare and omly grows to 11".
Any ideas?

Looks like a ansorgii.
They are not so rare any more, as they are now (I believe) being captive bred. As far as 11 inches, I think they get a little bigger than that

I would just have said polypterus endlicheri endlicheri i dont think its a congicus

It's a ansorgii no doubt I too thought Endli but it's the wrong look i'm sure if Anne,Hao or FishNCash was on they would say that's an Ansorgii

angsorgii. didnt know farm-bred angsorgii spread so fast from asia to Canada?

Whats the difference between ansorgii and an endlicheri, they do look very alike.

Farm bred ansorgii. Now they are everywhere. And, ansorgii grow a lot bigger than 11".
