You are awesome. Thanks! I will go by those questions and numbers. The good news is, I saw in your other thread that the Idaho purple garnet has a distributor in Atlanta, GA. Only 5 hours away. Not too bad. Your purple looks super good, so I wouldn't be upset.I'd just call any abrasive company and ask these questions:
1. Have any idaho purple garnet or Barton red garnet abrasives? I'd target 30/40, 36, or even the 16 Mesh which is bigger. I'd avoid 60 and above due to grains being too fine and tend to stick to the polys slimecoat a bit more.
2. If not. Do u know where I can get near by? Thank u.
