the the 3 they sent me on wednesday 1 was dead in the bag the other 2 died shortly after they forgot to put heat packs in the box the bags they used were about 4 inches wide and about 7 inches high when I opened the box and felt the bags I knew they wouldn't survive the water was stone cold and it is quite chilly in the uk at the moment.
well I told when they send out another 3 make sure there are heat packs and put the fish in bigger bags that way if the heat pack cools the larger volume of water will take longer to cool and will also dilute any ammonia the fish produce during transit. I received them this afternoon larger doubled up bag and heat pack the 3 teugs are alive and active but are very small and fragile so time will tell .
I think they have staff who either have little knowledge or don't care about the fish and just see them as a product to pack and ship rember they sent me a lap instead of a tueg. I managed to re home the lap as I am running out of grow out tanks
