Ok, so I finally finished digging my pond. Right now its 16x16 with a max depth of about 42". Im adding a retaining wall that will bring the water level to around 60". Im going to have the pump sit up on top of the hill that i nothced out. Im going to put a bog on top so the filter dumps into that, and then the bog will dump into the pond, for a kinda double filteration, right? So yea, here it is. Around 5750 gallons by estimate. Getting a 4500 gph pump, and with the bog I figuered that would be enough. Still trying to figure out fish, kinda wanna stay away from the koi. I like to be a little different, thinking some pacu, maybe a paroon, or a bunch of chiclides....Thoughts?
