Collect all your water in a container of some kind. Have a recirc pump on it pulling from the bottom and returning (above the water surface) at the top.
On the line from the pump to the top, run a ventri injector like this:

When you have the container full of 'dirty' water, crank the ozone up and burn it up to 600mV (millivolts is the measure of ORP - oxidation reduction potential). Once it hits 600, run it that way for 48 hours or so, then turn the ozone down. Once the level drops below 400mV (or so), it's safe to use again in the tank.
