Ya right you guessed on the lights and failed to research the filters.

Please explain WTF you mean by small wiring sux up voltage:screwy: You seem to have some understanding of electricity, but not enough understanding to be giving any advise IMO. BTW I don't have a "warm" cord in the house as no one should:duh:

IMO, its best not to overcomplicate explanations when electricity is involved. Believe me, I could have written a novel, but I thought a brief answer would be better.

I did absolutely no research on the items. As I said, I guessed.:chillpill: Again, I would rather over estimate it, especially if I were POPPING BREAKERS ON 2 CIRCUITS(:WHOA:).

Undersized wiring causes high resistance in the circuit, which creates excess heat in the conductors. Since energy cannot be created or destroyed (says Einstein)...guess where the heat came from? Voltage. Which is no longer in the circuit. Get it? Even if the current draw is within the limits of the wiring (no excess heat), voltage will still drop over distance. I could go much further in explaining the principles of voltage drop, resistance, capacitance & other forms of energy loss, but I feel like it would be completely unnecessary. Since...you know...HE DIDNT ASK!:headbang2

I used all the smilies just for you!
