humm started a cooking blog!! just FYI, they where steamed for hour and a half, before the grill, lotsa nice stuff rubbed in. they fell apart taking them off the grill, that was 2 racks. slow cooked on the grill for an hour before shellacking. I do sear the pee outa steaks. crispy fat on the outside, red on the inside.

yes, need at least 3 coats, i like my baby backs like candy apples with the meat falling off the bone, so put on slow cook, so the sugar does not burn, just caramelizes.
 
I'm with ya all the way with the meat falling from the bone..I like mine with the consistency of wet bread.
 
like my beef ribs almost the same, but rare and gouie(sp)
 
if your face aint a mess, they not gouie enough. :nilly:
