It's called trial by media, poor judgemental. A video of cut and paste to match the word from a reporter is good enough for you?
Whatever, Bro. You can play bleeding heart defense attorney all you want, I'm more the vigilante type.

This thread took an interesting turn.

A) you don't have to be in the pool to drown from too much water in your lung. Drowning doesn't mean you're under water for too long.

B) I assure you if she drowned inside or near the pool their is video evidence, a news reporter won't put it in their story meant to run on TV or Internet ...but with some research I'm sure you could find it

C) are we absolving a parent for the child they're responsible for for drowning just because the child may have had fun and was being taught how to swim? Accident or not, It's still neglect

I'm a kid tosser, never that young and never like that. You can't honestly think that's ok for a 3 year old.

I just didn't want to get into a whole medical explanation of this condition, which many people just don't konow about. That's why the medical examiner termed it "secondary drowning". Its a slow "drowning" process and the victim doesn't even realize its happening.

Well here's why there's unlikely to be video evidence of her drowning. She died from secondary drowning. Can you really say his action didn't cause water to get in her lungs be it accidental or intentional?

You beat me to it

I'm a kid launcher. I go under the water and squat, my kids would squat on my shoulder, and as I launch into an upright position, my kids would do the same. Done properly, this would launch a small child about 5 feet into the air ;)

It's fun but some of the video...like when he tosses her in with clothes on. Or she's reaching up for him with one hand and her head never breaks the plane...or when he tosses her the life ring and she's too exhausted to swim to it. I don't teach kids how to swim by making them fear water

Noticed he didn't toss her like a frisbee when there were other guests in the pool
