Possible ID and pricing help

Yeah im gonna try to talk this guy into selling it to me for cheaper but chances are he's not gonna agree with my idea
And on a side note, all the NTT's he has are unstable so any advice as to how i could pick out the best choice?

In my experience NTTs are pretty similar, I've not seen massive differences in stripes.
They all look the same.

sweet i got the NTT for $90 still kind of overpriced but i dont mind too much. The fish is actually around 5" if not 6". I will post pics later today
Heres a pic of the dat. Haha the glass is kinda dirty btw. Also do you guys think this might be a oddball ntt cause of the slight bar but not really even a bar. What do you guys think?
WOW, he is good looking. Out of the 8 NTT's that I have owned, none have that black tip between their bars. Looks unusual to me
