Possible order mistake

I just filed a dispute. He said I'd have to pay a restocking fee but I'm disputing the entire charge. I do not believe he had the fish even bagged. This guy is pathetic. Do not order from him and check the online videos to see reviews.

i would not pay for that restocking fee since the stock was never in your hands anyway.
 
Probably how he makes some easy money: charge 20% for doing absolutely nothing, figuring "suckers" would just take their loss to avoid a headache

I guess this was not one of those cases. If pisses me off to know there are actual people like this doing "business".
