post combinations of fish that usually don't work but yours is the exception

Mbuna with Rosy Red minnows and feeder gold fish. The MBuna are as follows.

3x Auratus
15x Demasoni
3x Red Zebra
3x Albino Scofoldi
6x feeder goldfish
12x Rosy Red Minnows

I left to Afghanistan a couple months back and my wife didn't want to take care of the feeder tanks and my big tanks so I tossed all of the feeder/breeders into the Mbuna tank. No ripped fins and the Rosies are breeding in there. All of the adults have been left alone but the Rosy fry get eaten. I also have a bunch of Dem and Aurautus fry in there. Once I get back at the end of this month I'll take out all of the feeder gold fish and put them in my outdoor pond.

6" male green terror
2 x 1.5" uaru A.
4 x 2" gold gourami's
7 x clown loaches (2" - 4")
3 x banded rainbow fish (3")
3 x filament barbs 1" or so
1 x bristlenose plec (fights with my terror)

a very calm terror lets me achieve this. he is a great role model to the uaru who hang around him. he chased curious fish off them when i first put them in like a true guardian would.

my male terror is the same way..just plain sweet..
 
23 inch giant gourmi/6 inch flowerhorn/ 4 inch dempsey/3 inch convict/ all doing great together

well i had my three spot guorami in with my african cichlids, until she beat the snot out of all of them till they were too scared to come out.

now she's with some guppies, and doesnt hurt them at all
