post pictures of your convict setup

hey guys post some of your pictures of your convict set up. i currently havec some cons in a piranha tank but have no way of getting the fry out! maybe your pictures can help me so the fry can hide and survive long enough to gte a little bigger

Just scoop them out at night, you might have 2-3 minutes to do so before the fish are fully awake, and or alert.

You could use a pice of plexi glass to seperate the fish long enough to get the fry out.

My cons never have a problem with me removing fry. They usually are afraid of me.

Lol. I have a pair of 2.5" cons that twitch and bite me whenever they have a brood of eggs. I love it.

No pics to post. I put tunnels of pvc pipe ust big enough for cons to get into so m O's dont eat the juvies. I have quite a few cons in there now.

no pics

but its a 55 gallon tank almost completly bare bottom, some gravel on one side, a big peice of drift wood with pants, some big rocks for hiding and what not, the cons laid eggs on the big peice of drift wood.

filtration two emp 280's
and a 250 watt heater
temp is 78-80 degrees

Sure. Just as soon as I get my computer up and running on the broadband. I hate moving. Been 3 weeks, no net, So I use other peoples computers. ARGH!
