Sorry bud - only bilaves and ammonites. I do, however, know where I might be able to find some.

Just want to know from you OddBall - do you actually own these fossils? Because I'm thus far very impressed. You got a Leedsichthys for me? :D

A leedsichthys? Wish I had just half of the 40,000 teeth this species held. And, Yes, the fossils are mine. I collected the majority of them and traded self-collected specimens for rare pieces others found.

Must say, a great collection you have there. I have some prehistoric mammal fossils, but nothing of great interest. Keep up the collecting! :)

I'm sure a few of Oddball's specimens could cost $10,000 or more. Most of my specimens, all from the Green River Formation, cost less than $500. I have gotten most of mine from my LFS owner who is also a paleoaquariast, eBay, and flea markets...

Even thought I am just beginning in this hobby, it is already very fun...

Most of my specimens were self-collected in the field over the last 40+ years. I even have the very 1st fossil I collected at age 6. I'm not altogether sure what some may be valued at but, I've sold a couple of gem replacement dino bone pieces in the $30K range.
