Last one looks like Diplomystus. Dunno about the first.

The top one is a really nice Phareodus encaustus. It's an Osteoglossid (bony tongue) from the Green River Formation around Kemmerer, Wyoming.
The second is a nice Diplomystus dentatus. A giant herring species from the same formation as the 1st fossil
Both are Eocene at around 50 million years old.
