Very nice photos guys! Crimson, Surfpalms.... post your photos fellas!

We took a few shots last night, but they wouldnt sit still! We'll try again tonight to get some good ones. How do you get yours so zoomed in and focused?

Well i finally have somewhere to post these pics ive been hanging on to for the last couple of months;) lol First I would like to thank Chris and congratulate him on such an amazing feat!!!! These lil beasts are definitely a blast to keep so far. Although some say these are almost identicle to the umbees already in the hobby. there are some similarities but so far these grow twice as fast as any umbee ive ever kept, they are more social at smaller sizes, Blunter/stout face's and foreheads compared to the blues. I recieved my Apes in the begginning of May at .75-1" Now my largest is just over 3":WHOA: I started with 12 and im down to 9 due to aggression;) ive had them in a 55g tank and im getting ready to put them into a 75 for the next stage of growth. these first set of pics are when i first got them at .75-1"

Nice group of gorillus. What ever happened to that thread where you asked for people to guess your fish? Its funny because I actually guessed it right. lol.

Sorry for the delay in posting these. Had a few technical issues. I'll get better pictures later, promise.

Thank you brother! Your Apes have grown quite a bit:WHOA::WHOA: Thats some serious growth right there. Pictures look amazing as well, Thanks for sharing.:)

The clan is doing well. Growing and wanting to eat all the time. Even the smaller .75" ones are starting to chase my HRPs around. I am glad I left the HRPs in because so far, I havent lost a single baby.

Thats Great! cant wait to see how they turn out down the road. Just remember as they grow so will there aggression. So you must be vigilant and keep a close eye on them as things can go bad real quick :) Thanks for sharing.

My gorillus already eating blood worms out of my hands lol I'm going to try to get a video 2day

Heck ya, Thats what Im talking about. There Father KING KONG does the same thing. They are very personable fish, like a dog in a tank!

If I had to say i would put my money on the second picture.

I agree, The 2nd and third pic Trimac. You can see the faint shoulder spot on him. Crazy to see that the Gorillus have red eyes like the trimac but not as intense as Trimaculatus. Good observation and CrimsonFog, Excellent pictures and set up brother. I can tell the Apes are enjoying there new home:)
