Wow soulfish. Thats quite a list. Do you feed the worms straight from the container. I know a few people that will place them in moist newspaper for two days. They said it rids the worms of their castings and then they feed them to their fish. I don't think it really matters, just helps keep the worm casting from raising the ammonia levels.

BBS- Live and dead- to feed to my fry for the first few days
