so heres my sump, sorry for the bad pics but its a 55 gallon sump. so i have my mechanical filtration. Its a styrafoam box with holes drilled in the bottom with filterfloss packed in the box, them it flows througt a sponge, and under the egg crate, on top of trhe egg crate in bio media it flows up through the bip and waterfalls down into the chanber were the pump is, its the same as Uraujoeys sump, heres his video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7kayU6-NGY go to 1:51, this is where I got my idea from. but heres the pics

Here is my filtration. 125 gallon glass sump. 5 total 7x32 100 micron filter socks. Cold and hot water drip for heating the system and doing auto water changes of about 200 gallons a day. 1.5inch drain for handling draining for water drip and making sure the system does not overflow. 2 cubic feet of water management bio media boiling with a ap100. And a reeflo pump to keep it all going.
