How much current does everyone have in thier juvi tanks? I'm curious if you can manipulate metabolism with crazy amounts of current.... If so we should see different growth rates correct? I know I have "a little bit" of current in mine.....LOL

To be honest both "holding" tanks are set up the same for me. The 2 big ones are in the 20 Gal. long (which will only be for about another week). The small one is in a 20 by himself. Both have a huge airstone strip with a pump rated for "40 Gal", and both have the Penguin 150. Pretty much current I think (should be with such small tanks).. The 220 They will go in have an FX-5 and an 1800 GPH pump with an aqua clear 300. I have a powerhead standing by if I think I need it.

They dart around really fast when I turn the tank lights on, flexing their jaws and acting crazy. I change out about 10g every other day as they are munching over 50 feeders in that time frame between the 3 of them. The hob's give off some current, but nothing compared to a powerhead. They really are growing fast. All 3 hang out together until I get the lights on
