post your Nicaragua Cichlids

hi, i have aquired a Nicaragua Cichlid male, he's looking nice atm but i know there is more to come from him yet.. he only about 3" and is starting to colour up nice. it would be nice to see other peoples pictures of theirs...male/female old/young...THANKS PEEPS!!

How did you get that pair...thats what im after...can you just stick a M and F together and they will pair up or they have to grow up together and select each other?

I'm told 20 cm. is about a big as they get tank-wise. This guy is young and that size. Pussycat. Costa Rican nic; I think Rapps photos I've seen are the Lake Nacarauguan variety? Not olive like these but much more yellow. Nice if you've found them!

Here are old pics of my younger nics. I recently bought larger ones from Rapps so I will probably get rid of these but we will see. So right now I have 4 3" ones and 4 4.5" ones in my 55 gallon. I will get updated pics when I get home. They remind me of large firemouths. Always flaring their fins but not willing to lip lock(pushy). Oh by the way these are the costa rican race

All looking great, every pic I see makes me want more!! Anyone had great luck spawning these?? What sort of clutch size would you expect??
