and ohhsweetness, I have had trouble with my fish laying eggs with soo many fish in the tank. I had 2 male and 4 females in a tank. I took one male out and 2 females and put them in a 125 gallon and within 3 days there were eggs! I then had to move all my fish into the 125 gallon and have not had eggs yet! I needed the room for all the babies but I have almost sold or traded all the babies so I am about to seperate the fish again. Hopefully i will have eggs soon!

i put a divider up and the larger pair started digging practically straight away :)
the littler two the male was just nudging and looked like nipping her two but no fin damaged

the larger female always has been

now my littliest jd is digging a whole in her tank and she is in there with a smaller jd hes about 3cms and a festae ???
 
mayb take the oscar out for a bit try a mirror beside the tank ??
i did that to my rivulatus's and yea thats how i got them to breed
because my rivulatus was a whimp lol and then it started fighting with
mirror and the female noticed him ... so he dances to her all the time now lol
 
the male is dancing his but off, but she could care less. but i may move the oscar to see if thats the problem.
