yeah, i left them in the community tank....her breeding color is almost fully back along with the aggression. i thought i was going to get a show cuz the first time i wrote they were digging front and center of the tank, but now it seems they have abandoned that spot. i'm in wait and see mode now. if anything happens will i need to take the fry out immediately or will they protect it? will i need to move either of the parents?
well up to you the female will protect them the male will protect or eat them the fthers usually eat the babies though .... left in a community tank parents stress sometimes and they will eat them because they feel there not safe so yeah

These are my wild type female (3.25") and EBJD male (8.5") which spawned on Mother's Day. The fry are doing well... at least the ones that weren't fed to my dwarf puffers.
