Man, some people have strange ideas of what is a South American tank/species.....

Here's my 300L SA blackwater tank:

120x50x50 with sump, white sand, driftwood, home-made alder cone blackwater concentrate.

Stock:
30 Lemon tetras
1pr blue rams
1pr Apistogramma agassizi 'Double Red'
5 Corydoras sterbai
1 Royal Whiptail
6 Pekoltia Sp. L140

Have another 10 lemons currently with my young uaru that will be added once the uaru are moved to the big tank. I'll try take some more pics when its darker outside, way too much glare at the moment.

My other SA tank is in my sig, just added a couple of photos of it...

My tank

- Ghost shrimp (a lot of em)
- Black mystery snails
- 3 Juvenile Oscar cichlid (around 3 1/2 inches)
- 6 small plecos (2 1/2 inches)
- 6 corydoras catfish (the really small ones, about 1 inch)

You better have a huge tank.

I know they grow huge but I don't plan on keeping them. Maybe 1 or 2... I just bought 6 cuz they are really small and I want them to deal with algae.

You realize that algae isn't a good enough diet right? And in my opinion purchasing fish just to clean your tank and then sell them is pretty irresponsible.
