Used to be reasonable, but now it has inflated alot.. There is only 1 or 2 people in the Lima area that collect these true GT's out of the wild. When he offered them to some exporters, he suddenly realized they were in high demand and starting asking more. I am still curious if he has worked out an exclusive deal with someone else (rapps?), but from what I understand AquariumPAEX can still get them if the price is right.. You need to be an importer, though.

NICE pics. SO these are the TRUE Rivulatus...Not silver saum? the edges on Miles fish made me wonder a little

Just trying to avoid confusion, they look very similar except for a few characteristics. I noticed the greenish fins on Mile's GT right away, where the saums seem to have different coloration there

As mentioned before...there was a guy selling fry in the buy n sell forum here earlier this summer. KUDOS to him for trying to bring them back :headbang2

I think that's awesome. Makes me wish I had an extra tank for one :D

The fry I posted are from his stock...We feel the same way about them...hence the breeding effort.
