Predator for 20 gallon tank

Hi MFK I was wondering if there was a fish that is legal in CA, can live in a 20 gallon, and is a piscavore. And hardy. Plz give me anything. I don't care if it is solo. Answer quick!!!!!!

Blue crayfish? Not technically a fish tho!-)
Could probably do a small lurker puffer, maybe hairy puffer?

Dwarf gourami. They can breathe air, although mine rarely did, and they will chase their prey, but you need small prey for them to chase (baby tetras/livebearers or shrimplets)
