Maybe a Ctenopoma acutirostre (leaf fish) although they are ambush predators and grow to 6". 20 gallon might be a little tight.

I think it should have to be bright green, fly, breathe fire and sync via bluetooth as well. That is a high order you got there.

0 or so Exodon Tetras, their aggressive and a blast to keep!!

Except for the color and body shape, exodons are piranhas.

Microctenapoma, while rather rare, are mini ctenapomas that will fit in a 20g. They breathe air and some species are even known to climb out of the water in the wild, hence the name 'climbing perch' that is often used for them.

You sound like a typical teen looking for the meanest fish you can cramp in your tank and unfortunately channa are completely illegal in your country.

Closest thing would be ctenopoma, and if you intend on using live food I suggest you stop right there

You'll struggle to find anything in a 20 gallon really, so take my advicr and think this through

I really want something like a piranha.

Your tank would be too small for any piranha if you are after oddball predators consider
African butterfly fish,Dwarf pike cichlids, rainbow Wolffish etc, nothing over 6-7inches
