Predators: Just Saw Movie for 1st Time

Didn't see it at the theaters and my nephew bought the blue ray

It wasn't as bad as I read or thought it'd be. I think it was better than both Aliens vs Pred movies. It started out pretty good but as it went on the plot holes became more apparent but overall, it was very bareable and I'd watch it again.

A few things I thought was dumb though:

*Lawrence Fishburne's part seemed kind of irrelevent and pointless
*There were no native animals, not only that but I think it was Jupiter that they saw in the sky and if that were the case, the planet would've been waaaaaay colder and there'd be no oxygen right? And the evnviornment wouldn't look like earth but I let that idea slide since it's a sci fi type movie
*How did the guy from That 70's Show know that one plant was poisonous?
*I wish they would've explained the story behind the prisoner Predator
*and what happened to all the alien dogs?

That's good to hear, its up next on my netflix queue. The last few in the francise were so bad it was comedic.

LOL I think you studied the movie to much. I didnt like it! The action was good, and predator movies dont need much story but dang...

Also I didnt like the fact that the lead character let the smaller predator die. he could have saved him. Also did they ever make it off the planet?

No at the end the last two survivors didnt make it off the planet. At the end of the movie they both looked up at the sky and saw more people coming down by parachute.

I agree about the fight between the 2 preds. I was like, WHAT??? If I was him, I would've helped him kill the other predator. me and the prisoner pred are both the game, why would you not team up to kill your enemy?

Yea I didnt like the ending because they didnt get off the planet. It got me thinking if there was going to be another predator movie.

The redoe of the early 2000 one came out this year I think on all platforms. 1st person shooter but it just doesn't quite match up to the first one. The original AVP game was ace.

The predators movie was ok, nowhere near as good as the original or even predator 2.
The predator dogs got capped when they chased the humans, only one or 2 escaped.
