Preds for a 30 gallon?

Alright,so what I'm really liking here is the african butterfly fish and the leopard ctenomopa.I've heard of people keeping ropefish in 30 gallons for life,though I wouldn't try it if it's not worth it or cruel.I've had buffaloheads before,cool fish,but mine never came out of the cave besides feeding time.And would congo tetras even work in a 30 gallon?Because if so,I would like to include them or tiger barbs as my schooling fish in the tank.And I'm actually really liking exodons,how many would work in a 30 gal?

you could get a senegal with your leopard fish. or even a delhezi.

I wouldn't mix exodons with ctenopoma due to the ctenopoma being rather slow moving fish

congos get pretty big. ive seen them at 3". i would say barbs u have a few to choose rom and most dont get too big.

Yep,it is.Only problem is I want to be able to include it with other fish.Like would a raphael catfish or any species of corys work?And what other tankmates would work?

possibly an armoured cat, no corys, maybe some kind of pleco(smaller varieties). it would be a trial an error deal, they may attack they may not

Would that make it similar to the deal with pirhanas?
