Definitely a cloacal prolapse.... I had the same thing with a big ceja ray and it eventually died...

cejays are not as hardy as a leo. She should be ok brent.. Don't panic just keep up what your doing. Good luck

Not pregnant... it may retract spontaneously in which case it should be OK, however, there's not much you can do...
