You inject about 2 inches up towards the head from were the claspers start and 1 inch to right or left of the spine. You want to inject it into the muscle do not penetrate more then 1/4" and stay shallow with the needle.

Update: today I added 25 kg salt and tonight i will ad a ****load of living "rainworms" in there.

How long do you guys advise me to keep the salt in?

New update: 4 or 5 pups where born tonight around 10 o'clock

The pups look big and healthy.

But the mother looks scary skinny. We are still very worried. I've done a big waterchange and will do one again tomorrow.
