I'm curious, ho do you get the baking soda off of the fish? you couldn't rinse it because it would add moisture right? Do you use a brush? It's kinda funny that that's the first thing that popped into my mind when reading this, followed shortly by how nicly it's comming along of course.

i used my air compressor to blow the majority of it off then a brush. i am hoping that in 2 weeks it is done
