You have three males in the same tank. they take out their agression on eachother, and not the females. Stick 1 male and 1 female in a tank alone together, and the female will be dead in 7 to 10 days.

If you don't give enough hiding spots for your female to go that the male cannot go yes the male will eventually become overly aggressive and kill the female. I have gone through about 4-5 females because my male got too overly aggressive now I have added tons of clay pots and made holes that my male cannot go and he has had the same girl for like 6 months now.

I would lolve to find a male like yours, love that golden color. You should try to breed for that color morph. Try breeding with a regular female and then breed with a female offspring.

Yours is only the third, I've seen with this color and all three have been males.
