Its probably the queen nugget variant, l177 vs the more common l018. The queen nuggets that I have seems to have bigger dots, darker gold and darker black base color and the fins are brighter gold color on them. I paid 27 for mine at 4 to 4.5 inches.

I think its a good deal, the only one ive ever seen in my area was like 4" and $60

I just bought one for $50, little over 4", I'm satisfied with it, hard to find around here

Make sure u check that the fish is healthy without sunken stomach. Good luck. It looks like its only about 3 to 3.5 inches. Looks nice
