Make sure u check that the fish is healthy without sunken stomach. Good luck. It looks like its only about 3 to 3.5 inches. Looks nice

nah it fat and happy my LFS does not sell suck or under fed fish, every one is eating and happy before they sell it...

Would take a very low time to get to full size anyway. Plecos are slow growers.
