most dogs are not worth over 1000 and most dogs u cant get lots of money for and a dog is sumthing u can play with and ****...........and if i can have a nice fish for over a few years thats fine with me if i can get a good amount of money for in the end.. more then i payed for it in the begining...

and im sure many people would not spend over 1000 on a fish if u could not sell it for money in the end........
 
Depends on where you are from. In Canada, average (quality wise) crossbacks go for about 1.5K, well the cheapest I found. You're gonna find them at about 2.5 to 3+ K in LFS.
 
This "get rich quick" scheme of yours is beginning to offend me. Lots of people sell fish, that isn't the problem... The problem is it seems you don't know a damn thing about them.

maybe most mutts aren't worth much, but have you priced any pure breeds lately? my family has had neopolitian mastiffs, dogue de bordeauxs, and rotties right from germany and i can assure you they were all WELL over 1k...i guess the difference is having a pet, and cranking out $$$$...kinda of like the puppy mills...

i dunno much bout aro care and all but here in Singapore i sure know the price... depending on whether it's an X red or a pure red the prices vary... i've seen a full grown red costing $8888/- SGD... i'm not kidding... wif my very own eyes i saw the price tag on the tank on the fish... i've even heard of pple paying 5 figures 4 a red... cheers mate...
