A female festae and a female Jag can go in a 75. I did it just fine for awhile in a 90 with the same footprint as a 75. Female festae only get 10-12 inches. If you get them young and raise them together they can work fine.
 
hate to ruin your fun but, 75 gallon's are not big enough for single male jaguars ime, is you've ever seen a 14-15" jag in a 75, which i have, you can definetly tell that they need more room, in the mean time i'll try to find a pic of a 14" male in a 75 to prove my point.

I'm tpretty sure I'm just going to get a RD. I know its gets about as big as a Jag, but It just seems like a better choice. Love the color, the agression, etc. :popcorn:

rd, and midas's are in general more comfortable in 75's, male jags hit 16" easy, midas need alot of work to hit 14"

Yeah, I've seen some HUGE jags, I once saw a picture of one caught from the wild, it was massive.
