Last night I caved and put my Liverock back in the tank. I was going for a very natural look with the aquascaping. With the rock work I also wanted to give the fish plenty room to swim.
Today I bought a Coral Beauty Angel from a fellow reefer. He is assured me that she is not a nipper. I can't wait until I get home from work and see her with the lights on!
i had a coral beauty. i love it. very peaceful but always busy and fun to watch. never bothered my other fish and enjoy seeweed wafers and frozen brine srimp. although yours it hot. has more oranges, yellows than mine did
just a point but with no live rock in the tank theres not much biological filteration!!!! so nitrate could billed up quickly but having said that!!! it all looks happy!!!! some lovely sps's in there!!! good luck!!
Here are a few updated pics of my 75RR. The skimmer is a EuroReef 8-2 that Mike and I did the rec mod to and the calcium reactor is a ReefTek 18" model. With the aquascapping I was going for a very natural reef look. 3 sides of the rock has corals and the base is really open for flow. The sand bed portion is great, the fish love to gather there for tea. LOL. Enjoy the pics.
