What about a bead of silicone on the bottom edge stuck to the slate aswell , suckers on side , few big rocks should be OK for a while , welcome to mfk Travis hahaha ;)

its not so much the fitting its the look... maybe i would like a natural looking barrier, maybe a load of bog wood fixed together then a fishing line mesh filling any holes? not sure, having the little one makes me want everything perfect and a divided tank dont feel right too me.
 
I know what you mean mate I've never wanted to divide any of my tanks , I've had to rehome a few nice keeper fish because of the jardini , lost quite a few also :mad:
You could make one out of modeling foam or polystyrene with holes drilled out for flow and cover it both sides in cement , like a 3d background but double sided , could even incorporate mesh into it

What ever you do it'll have to be quick ish , once baby's home your busy busy busy bro :D

Yours will defo sell the bigger it gets the harder it'll be though , £100 should be ok there's still a 8/9" one in my lfs for £70

:eek: lol... rocky is my baby but im sure if the wyckii was here first he would be... on a side not ive been leaving the 30w bulb on at night and he has just got more used to coming out in it! but, rocky has no new damage... i'll give him one more chance.
 
How's the wyckii gettin on mate ? My lfs has reduced the price to £50 for there's coz no one seems to want it but me and I cant house it
